分支器串接法佈線，一般分為進戶線纜、水平線纜和主幹(垂直)線纜，不同部分的計算方式也不相同：

A.進戶線纜

電纜平均長度=(最遠+最近用戶終端距離)/2

實際電纜平均長度=電纜平均長度*1.1+端接容限(通常取3)

電纜需要總數=用戶終端總數*實際電纜平均長度

* 最遠、最近用戶終端距離是從分支器到最遠和最近的一個用戶終端的實際距離。

B.水平線纜

電纜平均長度=(最遠分支器/終端電阻距離+最近分支器/終端電阻距離)/2

實際電纜平均長度=電纜平均長度*1.1+端接容限(通常取6)

電纜需要總數=水平電纜總根數*實際電纜平均長度

* 最遠、最近分支器距離是從IDF的分配箱到最遠、最近分支器的實際距離，包含水平實際路由距離。若多層共享一個樓層分配器，應包含相應樓層高度。

C.主幹線纜

電纜平均長度=(最遠+最近樓層分配箱距離)/2

實際電纜平均長度=電纜平均長度*1.1+端接容限(通常取6)

電纜需要總數=樓層分配箱總數*實際電纜平均長度

* 樓層分配箱距離是從樓層分配箱到衞星或有線電視機房的實際距離，主要取決於樓層高度和弱電井到衞星或有線電視機房水平距離。

A.* cable

Average cable length = (farthest + nearest user terminal distance)/2

Actual average cable length = average cable length * 1.1 + termination tolerance (usually 3)

Total number of cables required = total number of user terminals * actual average cable length

* The farthest and nearest user terminal distance is the actual distance from the splitter to the farthest and nearest user terminal.

B. Horizontal cable

Average cable length = (distance of the farthest branch/terminal resistance + distance of the nearest branch/terminal resistance)/2

Actual average cable length = average cable length * 1.1 + termination tolerance (usually 6)

Total number of cables required = total number of horizontal cables * actual average cable length

* The farthest and nearest splitter distance is the actual distance from the IDF distribution box to the farthest and nearest splitter, including the actual horizontal routing distance. If multiple floors share a floor distributor,*rresponding floor height should be included.

C. Trunk cable

Average cable length = (farthest + distance from the nearest floor distribution box)/2

Actual average cable length = average cable length * 1.1 + termination tolerance (usually 6)

Total number of cables required = total number of floor distribution boxes * actual average length of cables

* The distance of the floor distribution box is the actual distance from the floor distribution box to the*lite or cable TV room, which mainly depends on the floor height and the horizontal distance from the weak current well to the*lite or cable TV room.
