RS485傳輸線採用差分平衡電氣接口，具有較強的抗電磁干擾能力，當在實際工程中往往會出現以下問題：

•網絡拓撲不合理，未按照總線型網絡拓撲布線，而成為了星型拓撲結構;

•傳輸線與接收和發送端設備連接不正確，削弱了平衡線的抗干擾能力;

•公用雙絞線未進一步採取抗干擾措施，比如採用屏蔽雙絞線;

•雙絞線線經太細，傳輸距離太遠，導致阻抗太大，造成壓降。

如何選擇RS485傳輸線?RS485傳輸線對電磁感應噪聲有較強的抑制能力，但對靜電感應引起噪聲的抑制能力較差，因此RS485傳輸線應選用屏蔽雙絞線。同時，選擇線經大一點的，使阻值比較小，產生的壓降小，這樣使得控制信號的衰減也會小很多。

The RS485 transmission line uses a differential balanced electrical interface and has strong anti*ic interference capability. When in actual engineering, the following problems often occur:

•*work topology is*nable and is not wired in*rdance with the*work topology, resulting in a star topology;

• The transmission line is not*nnected to the receiving and transmitting devices, which weakens the anti-jamming capability of the balance line;

• The public twisted pair is not further anti*asures, such as shielded twisted pair;

• The twisted pair cable is too thin and the transmission distance is too far, resulting in too much impedance and pressure drop.

How to choose RS485 transmission line? The RS485 transmission line has a strong ability to suppress*ic induction noise, but the ability to suppress noise caused by static induction is poor. Therefore, the shielded twisted pair should be selected for the RS485 transmission line. At the**, the selection of the line is larger, so that the resistance is smaller, and the resulting voltage drop is small, so that the attenuation of*ntrol signal is much smaller.
